What you'll do As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing financial support to the global IT department. Responsibilities; Work closely with department Heads and Senior Managers to understand their financial and operational objectives and provide financial analysis, insight and recommendations to support decision making. Support the Finance Manager of the Finance Business Partnering team, ensuring budget holders and managers have an awareness of financial performance requirements, including the need for budgetary control Complete the monthly management reporting of performance against budget including presentation to senior management; and collaborate with department managers to identify opportunities to improve financial performance and drive cost savings. Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Global IT department Work closely with other Finance teams such as Management Accounting and Accounts Payable to ensure accurate financial reporting. Perform regular project cost reviews, covering both capital expenditure and operating expenses.
