Job Description
Providing financial guidance to aid strategic decision making within the business.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Driving cost-saving initiatives across the business.
Delivering accurate and timely financial reports.
Participating in strategic project work to support business growth.
Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Identifying areas for financial improvement and implementing solutions.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
A formal qualification in finance or accounting- ACA/CIMA/ACCA/ICAS
Proven experience in a similar role within the energy/natural resources industry.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
