This role represents an excellent career vehicle for a dedicated and experienced Finance Business Partner. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights to support decision-making and drive the financial strategy and performance of the division. This role involves working closely with various senior stakeholders across the group and externally.
Responsibilities:
Provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and drive business performance Develop strong working relationships across and outside the organisation, acting as primary point of contact for commercial finance-related matters Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals Analyse financial performance and provide monthly reporting, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) Support cost control initiatives, monitor cost trends, and provide analysis on cost efficiency and effectiveness Build and maintain financial models, performance dashboards, and variance analyses to assess business performance and support decision-making. Present findings and recommendations to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement Feed into the monthly Finance Reporting pack for use within the Board Utilise the best technologies to automate & streamline business processes and drive continuous improvement
Essential Requirements and Qualifications: Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA Consumer Lending or other related Financial Services experience Proven experience in FP&A or as a Finance Business Partner Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders and manage multiple priorities
