Finance Business Partner Are you a financial professional ready to take on a pivotal role at one of the UK’s busiest airports? We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our team and contribute to the strategic and operational success of Birmingham Airport. Reporting to the Lead Finance Business Partner, you will prepare accurate and timely financial reports, provide insightful guidance to managers, and drive strategies to maximise profitability while aligning with our company objectives. Core Duties

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets with variance analysis. Provide support and guidance to Budget Holders and Development Managers for financial monitoring and decision-making. Deliver clear and comprehensive management accounts commentary for Board distribution. Collaborate with Budget Holders on budget preparation and analytical reviews. Identify opportunities and risks, maintaining open communication with your line manager and finance team. Support strategic planning and evaluate capital investment projects to ensure profitability. Experience Required

Proven experience in preparing management accounts, budgets, and forecasts. Strong ability to provide financial support to non-financial managers. Skilled in analysing income, revenue, and capital expenditure against budgets. Experience in preparing financial reports and commentary for senior stakeholders. Competence in maintaining and updating complex financial models. Familiarity with producing statutory accounts and liaising with auditors and external bodies. Join Us
