Finance Business Partner Location: Birmingham City Centre The business is looking to recruit an experienced Finance Business Partner to be part of our small Financial Planning & Analysis team. The role will report directly to the Head of FP&A and work alongside a business analyst. Role and Responsibilities Business partnering with key stakeholders to understand & develop their KPI reporting requirements both ad-hoc and ongoing. Business partnering with key stakeholders, supporting them in converting complex data into meaningful actions. Maintain & further automate existing Power BI Reports. Support the Head of FP&A in understanding & interpreting the data into meaningful narrative. Support with modelling for the annual budgeting process & ad hoc projects. Improve monthly Finance reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet etc.) in Sage Intacct. Key Skills & Experience ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent qualification. Previous experience in a similar role. High attention to detail & a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex/detailed concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Advanced Excel modelling skills.
