As a Finance Business Partner, you'll be at the heart of key decision-making, working closely with stakeholders to provide invaluable financial insights. Duties will include:
Partnering with internal teams to provide expert financial guidance and deliver actionable insights. Developing dynamic financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning. Analysing trends, identifying variances, and recommending improvement opportunities. Leading month-end and year-end processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Driving process improvements and contributing to the development of innovative business strategies. About You: You're a qualified finance professional (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) with advanced Excel and SAP skills, capable of manipulating complex datasets with ease. A sharp analytical mindset and a talent for turning data into actionable insights are essential.
