We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the production of strategic and operational performance MI, delivering insightful commentary for the business and Board. You'll connect performance data to capital generation, ensuring information is relevant, reliable, and timely. In this role, you'll lead performance meetings, partner with key stakeholders, and collaborate with actuarial, pricing, and data teams to reflect changes in capital generation. You'll ensure data integrity in finance systems and continuously seek process improvements. Work closely with the Planning Manager on the Annual Plan, providing performance insights and fostering business engagement. You'll also collaborate with the CFO and Finance teams to achieve shared goals and mentor junior team members.
