We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to lead the production of strategic and operational performance MI, delivering insightful commentary for the business and Board. You’ll connect performance data to capital generation, ensuring information is relevant, reliable, and timely.
In this role, you’ll:
Lead performance meetings.
Partner with key stakeholders.
Collaborate with actuarial, pricing, and data teams to reflect changes in capital generation.
Ensure data integrity in finance systems.
Continuously seek process improvements.
Work closely with the Planning Manager on the Annual Plan, providing performance insights and fostering business engagement.
Collaborate with the CFO and Finance teams to achieve shared goals.
Mentor junior team members.
