Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our growing business! As a Finance Business Partner reporting to the CFO, you will partner with our Autism, ADHD & Therapy Services, supporting their day-to-day financial needs & ROI analysis whilst providing greater insight into their overall performance. You will be key in driving strategic decision-making, and ensuring financial objectives are met. You’ll support and challenge the business to ensure the right decisions are being taken to maximise short and long term value. Why work for us? What you’ll be doing Work with the business to produce management accounts, rolling forecasts & annual budgets Support the business to identify/generate growth and savings to deliver business performance targets Prepare deep dive analysis, draw conclusions and present recommendations Enhance the business partnering experience by providing valuable financial insights and improving reporting quality and interaction Support, prepare and review tenders for key customers and suppliers Establish monthly contract accounting against contract plan and report to Chief Commercial Officer and Unit Leads Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance Take full ownership of any assigned P&L, including investigation Challenge and review business forecasts, reporting on key risks and opportunities Take a lead role in the finance contribution to quarterly cost review Partner with the Business on productivity & utilisation Contribute to productivity ideas generation and ensuring accurate logging of P&L saving We’d love it if you had: CIMA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent Previous experience in healthcare Advanced modelling, analytical and numerical reasoning skills Experience of working with Xero Knowledge in reporting, budgeting and forecasting Experience of financial planning, reporting and variance analysis Experience of producing monthly management accounts We’d love it if you were: An excellent communicator with the ability to communicate effectively with both financial and less-financial audiences A strong influencer Able to negotiate, with the ability to present credible arguments to senior employees Able to work on multiple things and meet deadlines Able to build great relationships Don’t be put off if you can’t tick all the boxes.
