You will be instrumental in supporting commercial business partnering activity across the group, working closely with change implementation teams to provide insight into business projects. This role offers the chance to influence strategic business decisions within a high performing and recognisable organisation. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of our client's organisation. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be crucial in influencing strategic business decisions. You will work closely with various teams across the business, setting and agreeing on finance targets while identifying key business drivers that foster real change. Your responsibilities will also include tracking and updating the financial delivery of strategic business plans, developing robust financial plans, and providing ad hoc financial analysis support for business initiatives. Work on cross-finance projects to deliver improvements to control, reporting, and insights.
