Our client is an impressive international brand, looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the friendly and vibrant team.
This role supports the wider business by providing financial analysis, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Heads of Operations to provide accurate, insightful, timely information such that the financial impact of key projects is fully understood. Provide insight into the impact of raw material quality on labour packing efficiencies and waste using business intelligence software. Coordinate and facilitate the budgeting process for the factory and hold regular meetings with management to discuss performance against these targets. Work closely with the Supply Chain team to develop lean manufacturing techniques and a culture of continuous improvement. Evaluate and critique new and existing products to ensure factory and outbound costs are fully understood. Product and customer profitability reporting for margin assessment and customer tender and price setting.
Skills and Experience: Part Qualified - ACCA, CIMA, ACA Prior commercial business partnering experience Ideally offer manufacturing or FMCG sector experience with an analytical mind and a knowledge of business processes. Evidence of familiarity with ERP systems and standard costing is helpful.
