The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial insights, analysis, and support to various business units, while actively engaging with senior stakeholders to enhance performance. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to business units, collaborating to drive financial performance and operational efficiency. Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support key decision-making processes. Work closely with Sales Directors and offer guidance in line with broader strategic objectives. Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance financial processes and reporting capabilities. Collaborate with business units to understand their financial needs and provide strategic support. Directly support multiple P&Ls, understanding variances and challenging internal stakeholders. Drive change and transformation initiatives within the finance department and across the organisation. Candidate Profile Proven experience in a finance business partnering role, with a solid understanding of financial analysis and forecasting. Qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across business units.
