The Group continues to rapidly expand approaching its £100m+ turnover target with 200+ employees and an expansive service supply chain.
You will develop a good understanding of the key drivers of the business to enable you to effectively deliver insight, challenge, add value and influence strategic business decisions:
Take a lead role in all FP&A activities, providing support and challenge to budget holders and highlighting risks and opportunities.
Be a dedicated business partner to SLT, building strong relationships with managers and their teams.
Provide effective commercial support to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are achieved.
Review product lifecycle; influence future portfolios.
Own month-end and Board reporting for areas of responsibility.
Assist with the development of new MI reporting, systems, and processes, embracing continuous improvement.
You will be:
Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in an ambitious, fast-paced, and dynamic business.
Commercially astute with a strong desire to interpret numbers into meaningful insights and communicate to the business.
Naturally inquisitive and confident to challenge both accepted assumptions and processes.
Strong influencing and negotiating skills; the ability to support senior stakeholders in making decisions.
Highly numerate, analytical, and strategic, with a sound understanding of financial modelling and analytical techniques.
