Finance Business Partner . This is a permanent role based in
County Down. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting key business decisions. Key Responsibilities Acting as a trusted financial adviser to operational and commercial teams, providing insights to support decision-making and improve business performance. Analysing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance profitability and cost efficiencies. Partnering with stakeholders to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Developing and delivering robust financial models and performance metrics to support commercial initiatives such as pricing strategies, product development, and investment opportunities. Supporting operational teams with variance analysis and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet and exceed financial targets. Preparing and presenting monthly management reports, highlighting key financial insights and providing clear recommendations. Driving continuous improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate new projects, tenders, and business opportunities from a financial perspective. What are we looking for? Fully qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Previous experience in a finance business partner role, ideally within the food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar industry. A strong understanding of commercial operations, including cost management, pricing, and margin analysis. Excellent ability to interpret and analyse complex data, draw meaningful insights, and effectively communicate findings to non-finance stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels. A self-motivated individual with a solutions-focused mindset who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
