Finance Business Partner . The ideal candidate will work on planning, forecasting, annual budgeting and reporting. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts. Lead monthly cost reviews, ensuring alignment with budget and addressing deviations. Report financial performance, highlighting risks and opportunities. Support commercial decision-making and drive cost efficiencies. Work with central finance and assist in integrating newly acquired businesses. Requirements: Qualified Accountant Over 5 years of experience in commercial finance within the insurance industry.
