As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in shaping the aligned business unit’s financial strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth and operational excellence.

The Role
Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable financial insights.
Producing detailed management information, cash flow forecasts, and providing comprehensive commentary on results.
Leading the preparation of annual budgets and forecasting plans.
Driving performance management, including daily tracking and margin leadership metrics.
Collaborating with business leadership teams to support strategic initiatives.
Enhancing the control environment by working with commercial and operational teams on root cause analysis and resolution.
Conducting site visits to build partnerships.
About You
ICAS/ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
Proven success as a Finance Business Partner or Commercial Finance Manager.
Excellent ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders and communicate financial insights clearly.
Strong team player with a positive attitude, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
A proven track record in driving improvements and delivering value-added insights.
