With a sizable headcount across Scotland they are dedicated to making a significant impact on the lives of those they serve. Job Description Providing strategic financial advice to the organisation Supporting budget planning and financial forecasting Developing strong relationships across the finance department and wider organisation Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function Contributing to the development of the organisation's financial strategy Managing financial risks and opportunities Acting as a key liaison for financial queries within the organisation The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent) Experience in a similar finance role within the Not For Profit sector Excellent knowledge of financial planning and analysis Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work autonomously What's on Offer An approximate salary of £60000 A generous holiday allowance of 28 days The opportunity for hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office is expected A car allowance is also included as there will be occasional travel across Scotland The chance to work in a supportive and collaborative environment The benefit of flexitime, promoting a healthy work-life balance
