Finance Business Partner Exeter, Devon £55,000 - £65,000 per annum Our client, a prominent organisation in the South-West experiencing sustained growth, seeks a seasoned Finance Business Partner to join their Finance Team on a permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, provide crucial support to senior management, and make a significant impact on the business. Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies. Provide financial insights and support to various departments. Analyze financial performance and report findings. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes. Identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvements. Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant financial qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
