GSM Analyst
to play a key role in shaping the future of our Global Supply Management operations.This is more than just a numbers role – it’s about connecting with people, driving impact, and delivering insights that matter. In this high-impact position, you’ll collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, influence decision-making, and implement innovative solutions that support our €2.4 billion spend portfolio.Your ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and relatable way will empower teams across 27 countries to achieve their goals.With your compelling personality and ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, you’ll thrive as a key partner in shaping our global success. What you’ll do: Financial SM business partnering support of Global FM categories covering 7 regions plus global FM/indirect teams Providing insightful analysis and insights of strategic SM category development through Financial Modelling to regional and global teams Visibility, interpretation, and insights of the savings initiative’s portfolio including progress against target/forecast and pipeline transparency Collaboration with all Supply Management regions across Sodexo whilst contributing to a strong analytical network of SM Finance colleagues globally Connecting performance of the function to the P&L For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job description What you bring: Global mindset with international experience an advantage, Fluency in English mandatory; any other language an advantage.
