Description
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for:
Driving strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insightful commercial recommendations.
Leading the end-to-end P&L budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial function.
Designing and implementing new reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Developing pricing strategies and investment business cases using advanced financial modeling.
Spearheading the monthly performance review process, including variance analysis and commentary.
Building strong partnerships with commercial directors to influence strategic planning and execution.
Championing continuous improvement in financial processes and controls.
Profile
The Finance Business Partner will be:
A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen.
Having a proven track record in a commercial finance role within retail or FMCG.
Experienced in managing complex stakeholder relationships at a senior level.
Skilled in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
Possessing a deep understanding of retail metrics and KPIs.
Equipped with excellent presentation and influencing skills.
Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
