Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Business Partner to join a first class Finance team, based in Hounslow. Description Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial insights and advice. Lead budgeting and forecasting process for the business unit. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Present financial summaries and business insights to senior management. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports. Partner with Accounting team to ensure accuracy and usefulness of financial data. Manage the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts. Support in the decision-making process by providing relevant financial data. Profile A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional qualification such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or QBE. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and drive financial process improvements. Job Offer A competitive salary package within the range of £70,000-£80,000.
