Job Description
Partner with key stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance on decision-making
Develop and manage financial forecasting and budgeting processes
Ensure financial integrity and compliance with regulations within the organisation
Identify opportunities for financial performance improvements
Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to align financial strategy with business objectives
Implement and maintain robust financial systems and processes
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Finance Business Partner' should have:
A degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent. QBE will also be considered.
Proficiency in financial management software
Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards
Excellent analytical skills and a strategic mindset
Exceptional communication and collaboration ability
Experience with data integration tools like Power BI
Good understanding of balance sheets
