Dot Finance have partnered with an Eccles based Housing Association who are undergoing a period of significant transformation, with a major improvement project in the pipeline, a system implementation, and a possible merger on the horizon. This role will offer the successful candidate a great deal of visibility through the business, as well as opportunities to progress in their careers. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain cash reporting by funder, and provide detail by portfolio to underpin the top level cash forecast. Act as Finance Business Partner to the Maintenance Team, working closely with the Head Of Department to increase financial awareness in the team. Review & provide commentary on monthly maintenance variances from actual to budget & forecast. Work with Project Reporting Manager to improve quality of data reported as part of the monthly Management accounts pack. Support with the financial analysis and reporting of funds received and expenditure by project & portfolio on a cash & P+L basis. Support the Financial Controller & Project Manager with departmental accounts, Service Charge accounts, P&L's by scheme and portfolio performance review. Assist with the annual budget and 30-year financial projections. Support with the annual audit, in particular linked to lease contracts. Ad-hoc data consolidation will be required. Key Requirements QBE or Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA. Strong inter-personal skills with a proven record of relationship building. Strong attention to detail and the ability to reconcile data accurately whilst managing their workload to achieve deadlines. Experience within Property or Housing with an aspect of Project Accounting would be a preference. Package & Benefits £42,000 - £47,000. Flexitime. Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home). 33 days leave rising to 28 days with service. Perk Box benefit package. Free parking onsite.
