Finance Business Partner supporting the RM Resources management team Supporting the preparation of monthly results and management reporting including divisional packs for Group consolidation Working with the accounting team on all reconciliations and liaising with the wider finance teams and transactional reporting team in India to ensure accurate flow of information Supporting the Finance Director in producing the forecasts & budgets ensuring alignment with relevant functional owners, and challenging and driving performance to budget by department. Work with the Sales and marketing teams to analyse trends, impact of marketing & promotional activity Support & challenge Product Development teams through the development cycle including production/approval of business cases and on-going monitoring of performance Transformation – Supporting business projects to improve process and transition the business across accounting systems and delivery to drive business growth. Audit – support the group audit, liaising with the external auditors in preparation information and investigation of issues Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support business requirements Requirements
Previous experience in Finance Partnering roles ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or part qualified Exposure to business leaders in a previous role and experience working in cross functional teams. Ability to represent finance with the business and the business with finance Demonstrated ability to “get behind the numbers” and understand key drivers within a business Expert Excel knowledge Strong experience in using finance and customer management systems Strong experience in analytical and reporting tools Experience in data rich digital environments such as Retail Experience of general ledger accounting Excellent communication skills Ability to influence at all levels of an organisation Highly analytical with a keen attention to detail What’s in it for you?
