Your key responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner: Prepare comprehensive end-to-end management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Accurately report revenues and costs to provide clear financial insights. Support and mentor junior team members with month-end processes and other routine tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to provide analysis that supports decision-making. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting. To be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner, you will be: A qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) or working towards qualification. Proven experience in a similar role, delivering technical accounting insights and financial information to support strategic and tactical decision-making. A strong communicator with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively. Highly organised, with an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
