Are you in search of a temporary yet fulfilling role? Look no further! We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Watford who are looking to appoint a Permanent Finance Business Partner at the salary of up to £55,000 per annum. Job Responsibilities

This senior role will provide a comprehensive and professional financial service to the Group, focusing on its subsidiaries and joint ventures. This service includes the provision and maintenance of statutory & management accounts, budgets and budgetary control, cash flow management, and balance sheet monitoring. It includes the creation and presentation of Board papers to external Boards and committees. This role has one direct report. Responsible for the provision of financial accounts for all subsidiary and joint venture companies within the Group, by maintaining financial accounting records and producing annual statutory accounts. Working with the Finance Reporting Manager in the provision of monthly financial reports for Group subsidiaries/joint ventures, including income and expenditure accounts, capital expenditure, cash flow statements, and balance sheet analysis. To lead the process of creating annual budgets for subsidiary/joint venture companies within the Group, and to oversee the monitoring of these budgets against plan. To provide a full suite of balance sheet reports for all subsidiary and joint venture companies within the Group, including forensic analysis of accounts. To prepare and present financial reports to respective Boards, highlighting the financial performance of each subsidiary and joint venture as appropriate. To be responsible for the provision of a high-quality financial service for the Group and its stakeholders, with a focus on its subsidiaries and joint ventures. This service will contribute to the 'Strong Financial Position' corporate objective. The post holder will also have a key role in ensuring that proper stewardship of the Group's finances occurs. To assist in the provision of any ad-hoc reporting required by the Group or other entities. To comply with any internal audits where appropriate.
