Reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager, the Finance Business Partner will manage the financial aspects across multiple internal departments. Working closely with the Vice President, Business Directors, and their teams, the role will provide financial expertise to drive growth and improve business performance. Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with global operational management, focusing on a specific client portfolio to ensure a deep understanding of the business and its commercial drivers. Provide regular financial performance reports and business KPIs, while proactively identifying and highlighting opportunities to enhance business performance. Lead projects and process improvements to boost the function's efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure adherence to clients' financial governance frameworks. Support the development of reporting tools, offering guidance to business users and identifying opportunities for better clarity and understanding. Manage periodic planning and forecasting processes, offering analysis and guidance to management. Collaborate with colleagues in various roles across the wider Finance function, including transactional finance and Group. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global client contracts. Provide ad-hoc analysis and support on financial performance and processes. This is a great opportunity for someone with commercial finance experience, and part-qualified or fully qualified in ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
