Finance Business Partner
role will be responsible for: Leading the firm's budgeting / forecasting activities. Business modelling. Ownership of the board pack. Commercial analysis. Driving decision making based on data driven information. Working with the senior leadership team. The role has a small team reporting to it. The business is keen to hire a candidate who is likely to be in a role with a predominant commercial focus. You will be experienced in working with non-finance staff to: Drive commercial understanding. Improve operational impact through data-led decision making. As a character, you'll be looking for a role in a business that's really doing something in its market and wanting a role that will offer the opportunity to shape the business's future, having a significant impact. The business is cash rich, has a focused and committed leadership team, a growth culture, and a feeling in the business that everyone is in it together. To be considered for the role, you will need to be qualified in either
CIMA ,
ACCA , or
ACA . The role has a salary range of between
£55,000 and £65,000
plus benefits including a bonus.
