About Us: Our client is a leading logistics and transport business, committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to their clients. The Merseyside based finance team is looking for a talented Finance Business Partner to help drive their financial strategy and support their planned growth.

Key Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to the business, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making. Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with operational teams to ensure financial targets are met and drive cost efficiencies. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and insights. Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate business performance and recommend actions for improvement. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in a logistics, distribution, or transport business. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting techniques. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred. What We Offer:
