Commercial Financial Business Partner

to support financial strategy and drive performance across the organisation. Position Overview: As the Commercial Financial Business Partner, you will play a key role in aligning financial strategy with business objectives, providing commercial insights that drive growth and profitability. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and various business units to ensure effective financial planning, performance management, and compliance with regulatory standards. This is an opportunity to influence the firm’s financial operations and contribute to its overall success. Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior business leaders to provide commercial insight, identifying opportunities for revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiency. Support the development of financial strategies, ensuring alignment with the organisation's broader goals and objectives. Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and management accounts, providing detailed analysis to guide decision-making. Develop financial models to assess business performance, profitability, and investment decisions. Work with various departments to analyse performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions. Oversee financial planning processes, ensuring financial plans are realistic and aligned with business expectations. Implement process improvements and technology solutions to streamline financial operations and enhance reporting accuracy. Provide financial expertise for non-routine matters, such as business integrations, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory changes. Mentor and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Qualifications/Skills: ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or equivalent, with significant experience in a commercial finance role. Strong background in financial management and business partnering within wealth management, financial services, or a related sector. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, delivering actionable insights to support decision-making. Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting with advanced analytical skills. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate financial data into clear business recommendations. Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Experience in driving business performance and strategic financial initiatives.
