We are now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner in Leyland, near Preston, to support our Travel Republic and Netflights brands.
In this role you’ll work with our Senior Managers to understand current performance, produce detailed forecasts and insightful analysis to improve the basis for financial decision-making and cost control. You will lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing complex financial models that enable detailed, accurate, and timely delivery of plans and enable monitoring of performance, raising opportunities/risks to achieve EBITDA targets.
This is a hybrid role, based 3 days a week from our Leyland office and 2 days remotely. Some travel to our Kingston upon Thames office may be required.
Job Accountabilities:
Provide challenge and delivery of EBITDA targets ensuring opportunities are maximised and risks are highlighted and mitigated.
Develop, lead, and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and planning process.
Communicate performance against budgets and forecasts, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Support ad hoc analysis and appraisal of business initiatives to help prioritise and drive incremental sales and profitability.
Use your analytical capabilities to assess the commercial viability of business initiatives and make data-backed recommendations.
Build close working relationships with key stakeholders within the business to drive profitability and aid decision-making.
Key stakeholder in the weekly trading forum, contributing commercial insight whilst identifying opportunities and risks to trading performance and providing relevant challenge to other stakeholders.
Lead data-driven decision-making initiatives, via the provision of reliable and accessible business data analytics and reporting.
Review operational processes regularly for efficiency and effectiveness whilst considering the impact on other areas of the business and on the customer journey.

Fully qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience.
