Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities Support Business Unit Managers around the country in the financial control of their areas, reviewing and explaining analysis of results and proposing improvements. Assist in the development of financial controls and support the Business Unit Managers in understanding and implementing those controls. Management accounts production in particular the revenue reporting including reconciliation of all sales. Strong involvement in the day-to-day work of the Accounts Receivable department assisting both the AR team and the Account Managers. Assist in the development of product-level cost and profitability analysis. Work with the Finance Manager and Head of Finance to develop regular KPI and profit reporting and analysis for use by key stakeholders across the business. Assist the Head of Finance with ad hoc duties and projects. Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills Qualified accountant with minimum 2 years PQE or strong QBE. Commercially aware. Highly numerate and analytical with excellent attention to detail. Advanced excel skills including pivot tables, VLook up, etc. Used to dealing with and interpreting large volumes of data. Ability to liaise with people at all levels across the organisation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment. Preferred Knowledge, Experience and Technical Skills Experience of change management. Systems and process implementation. Behaviours Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude. Experienced at self-managing and self-motivating. Additional Information Company Benefits
