London, Southampton, Leeds or Manchester We have been retained by a Consultancy Business who provides a range of managed services to the NHS and wider Public Sector. Due to considerable growth, our client is looking for an experienced and CCAB qualified permanent Finance Business Partner who will be responsible for project accounting and the production of all the financial statements at month end - ensuring the information produced is accurate, robust and produced in a timely manner. This also involves: Ensure that accounting transactions are recorded in compliance with local and group policies. Continually look to introduce process improvement and best practice Accounting. Perform checks, reviews and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of ledgers and sub-ledgers. Processing of all financial transactions within Oracle. Being responsible for the production of timely and accurate budgeting and forecasting to ensure this is produced in line with the published calendar and complies with relevant policies and measurement rules, for the Consulting line of business. Approval of all contracts for the Consulting business, to ensure they align to the strategic position of the business. Support the Consulting line of business to help them grow in line with organisations strategic business plan. Produce any ad-hoc reporting required by the Consulting line of business.
