As a Finance Business Partner at Gordon Murray Group, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance and growth of the business. Working alongside a dedicated finance team, your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, while supporting key stakeholders across the organisation. You will help shape and refine internal controls and provide financial insights that will improve efficiencies and support the Group's ambitious plans.

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams and take ownership of meaningful projects that contribute directly to our success. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the Group's operating cost budget, providing monthly financial reports to business partners across the organization. Serve as a key financial advisor, partnering with teams from Facilities, IT, and After Sales to support the Group's continued expansion and infrastructure development. Lead the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance in collaboration with our outsourced payroll provider. Take charge of indirect tax compliance, ensuring the Group adheres to all relevant tax regulations and requirements. Work alongside the Group's Senior Accountant to prepare quarterly VAT returns. Oversee the Group's expenses and credit card policy, delivering monthly spend reports and ensuring appropriate cost controls are in place. Assist in establishing financial processes and controls for newly incorporated U.S. entities, supporting the Group's international growth. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of robust internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Proven experience in a similar industry or within an SME environment. Strong organisational skills with a solution-focused mindset. Resourceful, flexible, and capable of driving improvements in a fast-paced, growing business. Ability to work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and demonstrate a passion for achieving financial objectives. Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Team-oriented, with a collaborative approach and willingness to challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement. Benefits
