We are partnering with a reputable FMCG business in their search for a Finance Business Partner.

Finance Business Partner – What you'll do: Drive Operational efficiency:

work closely with Commercial and Operations teams to maintain gross margins and optimize processes. Make Data–Driven Decisions:

Leverage your advanced Excel skills to design and develop Qlik reports, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions. Partner with the Business:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis. Forecast Future Success:

Develop and own financial forecasts for Commercial and Operations, ensuring long–term sustainability. Optimize Product Profitability:

Accurately apportion factory costs to individual products to maximize profitability. Ensure Financial Integrity:

Review and analyse sales, marketing, and operational accruals and journals. Provide Strategic Insights:

Compile comprehensive month–end commentary and financial analysis, including price/volume/mix variance, labour cost, and waste analysis. Support Strategic Planning:

Assist with strategic forecasting by producing detailed sales forecasts based on market trends and developments.

Finance Business Partner – What you'll need: Qualifications:

Ideally ACCA, ACA, or CIMA qualified or finalist. Experience:

Experience in the manufacturing or food industry is preferred. Technical Skills:

Advanced Excel skills and the ability to extract information from ERP systems. Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Analytical Skills:

Strong analytical skills to handle large volumes of data and identify key trends.
