As a

Finance Business Partner , you won't just work with numbers - you'll shape the future of our business. Collaborating closely with senior leaders across the organisation, you will provide critical insights, challenge assumptions, and drive decisions that align with our ambitious growth plans. Key Responsibilities:

Act as a trusted advisor to operational teams, bridging the gap between finance and the wider business. Provide financial insights and analysis to support key decisions and drive profitability. Develop robust forecasting, budgeting, and performance models to optimise financial outcomes. Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth, cost efficiencies, and process improvements. Support investment appraisals, business cases, and strategic projects, including M&A activity. Monitor financial performance, identifying trends and risks, and proactively recommending solutions. Lead or contribute to key initiatives, including system implementations and process enhancements. About You

You're a commercially minded finance professional with a passion for driving change and delivering results. You combine deep technical expertise with excellent communication skills and thrive in environments where collaboration and innovation are key. Key Qualifications and Skills:

ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. A strong background in financial analysis, management reporting, or business partnering. Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including non-financial managers. Commercially astute, with a track record of driving performance improvement. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with BI tools is a bonus. A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Experience in sectors such as retail, FMCG, or manufacturing is desirable but not essential. What's In It For You?
