The Role As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for: Budgeting & Forecasting:

Developing and managing budgets, providing accurate financial forecasts. Monthly Management Accounts:

Producing reports, conducting variance analysis, and presenting KPI information to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Strategic Insight:

Supporting decision-making with strong financial analysis and evidence-based recommendations.

What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: AAT qualified or qualified by experience, or Part-qualified in CCAB, with ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, or CIPFA qualifications being highly desirable. Proven financial analysis expertise, including variance analysis and KPI reporting. Previous experience in an education setting is advantageous but not essential. You’ll also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check including the child barred list prior to commencing employment.
