£70,000 per annum permanent equivalent Temporary, approx. 3 months Central London and Oxford

We are partnering with a leading organisation seeking a dynamic Financial Performance Manager. In this role, you will drive financial performance and support the delivery of ambitious growth plans across multiple sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership teams, providing critical insights and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive financial performance improvements and support the delivery of growth plans. Monitor budgets, identify efficiency opportunities, and manage costs effectively. Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making and appraise investments. Collaborate with leadership teams to develop accurate forecasts and trading assumptions. Ensure financial processes are embedded, reducing risks and enhancing reporting accuracy. Support investment appraisals and post-investment reviews.

We are looking for: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified. Experience in the financial sector. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and experience in financial planning and analysis or business partnering. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
