Job Description Driving financial planning and analysis for the business. Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives. Presenting financial insights and recommendations to key stakeholders. Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes. Supporting the Accounting & Finance department in monthly, quarterly and yearly closes. Analysing financial data and providing actionable insights. Participating in cross-functional projects. Maintaining a strong understanding of the business services industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: Financial Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modelling and data analysis. Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis principles. Experience in the Accounting & Finance department of a business services firm. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team and influence key stakeholders. What's on Offer The successful Finance Business Partner will receive: An estimated salary range of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum. A supportive and inclusive work culture.
