Finance Business Partner

and partner with our Logistics Finance and operations teams to deliver exceptional financial insights and analysis. In this high-profile role, you will manage the end-to-end process for our Customer Service Team Member Labour P&L, preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reports while providing strategic recommendations to drive decision-making. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders including senior leadership, operations teams, and external partners to influence financial strategy and performance. As our

Finance Business Partner , you will: Manage the P&L:

Oversee a section of the budget and forecast process, ensuring accurate financial tracking and variance analysis. Financial Reporting & Insight:

Prepare and present monthly and weekly financial reports, providing clear and actionable insights to senior leadership and operations teams. Cost Management & Risk Analysis:

Scrutinize the balance sheet to identify risks and opportunities, making recommendations for necessary changes. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with logistics planning, external stakeholders (e.g., Morrisons), and other business partners to drive financial improvements and support decision-making. Audit & Compliance Support:

Address audit inquiries and provide support for mid-year and year-end financial closings, ensuring compliance with financial standards. Business Change & Process Improvement:

Lead and support business change initiatives and identify improvements to financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Team Leadership:

Manage one direct report (Finance Analyst), fostering team development and performance. About You: Your proven financial expertise will include: Qualification:

CIMA / ACA / ACCA qualified accountant. Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial management, producing period management accounts, analysis, and commentary. Advanced Excel Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting. Stakeholder Management:

Experience in partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive financial strategy. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders. Time Management:

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment. Desirable: Experience in

budgeting and forecasting , particularly in direct labour accounting. Experience with

Oracle, Hyperion , or other mainstream accounting systems. Ability to manage and influence in a
