Finance Business Partner . You will be partnering with the logistics function and work closely as a trusted advisor and critical friend to the Ops Director and Head of Operations, and the wider business. Ideally, you will have experience partnering with the SLT within a supply chain function, ideally within the retail sector, but that is not essential. You will work closely with your senior stakeholders to complete month-end and deliver analysis and insight to support data-driven decision-making. You will support in building business cases, costings, and project plans as an integral part of translating the global business strategy into the local setting – you will have a voice, exercise authority, use judgment, and lead in critical thinking. You will be: Leading a team of two with a player/coach leadership style – empowering them to deliver their role in full, creating learning and development opportunities, and freeing your time to strategically partner with your key customers. Effectively delivering month-end and month-end reporting – on time, insightful translation of the numbers into effective commentary in partnership with your department leads. Mitigating risks, overcoming challenges, and identifying and exploiting opportunities to deliver efficiencies and improvements. Leading on and contributing to projects designed to bring benefit and efficiencies into the organization. Reporting into the Head of Finance, Supply Chain, and working alongside another Finance Business Partner, you must have previous and relevant sector experience, demonstrate your impact, and clear value add throughout your CV.
