The successful candidate will have significant involvement in financial performance reporting, in addition to regular business partnering with senior management and business unit managers. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Maintenance of budgets & forecasts for multiple cost centres; Management accounts variance analysis in line with budgets, including commentary; Support strategy decision whilst providing relevant insight into how these decisions will impact business performance; Complete weekly reports on labour rates & efficiencies; Additional reporting focussing on financial performance.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Partner vacancy: Previous experience working in a Finance Business Partner role in a multi-entity environment; A CIMA / ACCA or equivalent qualification is required for this position; Experience working in the manufacturing sector is beneficial but not essential.
