Salary:
£39k - 47k per year + Study support My cient is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Business Partner to join their team. As a part qualified Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting budget holders and contributing to the production of management accounts. Your ability to provide influential financial insight and relevant information will be essential in supporting operational decision making. Responsibilities - Collaborate with budget holders to understand their financial needs and provide support in financial planning and analysis - Assist in the production of accurate and timely management accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements - Utilise financial data to provide influential insights and recommendations to support operational decision making - Contribute to the development and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans - Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure effective financial management Qualifications - Part qualified Accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) - Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel What is on offer? - Competitive salary- paying up to £47,000 - Study support to continue further professional studies such as CIMA/ ACCA/ CIPFA - Generous annual leave and pension scheme - Subsidised car parking - Opportunities for professional development and career growth - Collaborative and dynamic work environment
