Business Partner with Engineering and Product Development teams to create in-depth financial reporting models for their spectacular new product portfolio.
As Finance Business Partner you will:
Lead the development of financial cost modelling processes within the organisation, putting your own stamp on the way things should be done. Prepare and finalise operating plan for project CAPEX and REVEX budgets. Monitor and track key cash flow indicators. Track the BOM cost evolution vis a vis target & ensure the margins for the product are correctly reported. Be a mentor, coach and facilitator of commercial culture within the business. Coordinate & start tracking profit improvement programs & initiatives. As Finance Business Partner you will have:
Demonstrable Finance experience, working in a Manufacturing/Engineering organisation. Strong, proven knowledge of SAP. Speed of execution & ability to work with less supervision is critical.
