What You’llDo:
- Be the key financecontact for the Property Services Directorate and Strategic AssetManagement and provide expert financial support andadvice.
- Manage timely, accurate financialreports on property repairs, compliance, and capitalinvestments.
- Lead financial forecasting andsupport the annual budgeting process.
- Providein-depth analysis to highlight trends and spot areas forimprovement.
- Offer actionable insights thathelp drive better performance and decision-making.
- Support investment in asset management strategies,including environmental initiatives for the sustainability of ourhousing stock.
- Work closely with teams acrossthe business, making sure financial information is clear anduseful.
What We’reLooking for:
We are looking for a skilledfinance professional with a strong background in businesspartnering. The ability to provide clear financial guidance, handlecomplex data analysis, and work collaboratively with non-financialteams is key to success in this role. You will need advanced Excelskills and a keen eye for detail, as well as excellentcommunication skills to deliver high quality financial reportingand advice.

What You’llBring:
- Provenexperience in finance business partnering, ideally in property orsocial housing.
- Expertise in financialreporting, budgeting, and forecasting for repairs, compliance, andcapital investments.
- Advanced Excel skills andthe ability to analyse complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to translate financialinfo for both finance and non-finance teams.
- Aproactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in afast-paced environment.
- Experience insupporting and providing investment appraisals isdesirable.
