Key Responsibilities:

Driving operational improvements to enhance financial outcomes. Leading and supervising a team of three Finance Support Coordinators. Managing the annual fee increase process while maintaining strong relationships with regional stakeholders. Developing and implementing recovery plans for underperforming sites, ensuring financial improvement through regular site visits and direct support. Participating in monthly Regional Director Business Reviews, driving initiatives, and ensuring successful results. Enhancing the financial expertise of Regional Directors by advising on tenders and contract evaluations. Supporting regional budget planning processes to align with strategic objectives.
