The Group continues to rapidly expand approaching it's £100m+ turnover target with 200+ employees and expansive service supply chain.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller and as part of a finance team of 12, this role is pivotal in ensuring delivery of the businesses strategic plan and goals.
You will develop a good understanding of the key drivers of the business to enable you to effectively deliver insight, challenge, add value and influence strategic business decisions
Take a lead role in all FP&A activities, providing support and challenge to budget holders and highlighting risks and opportunities Dedicated business partner to SLT, building BIG relationships with managers and their teams Provide effective commercial support to ensure key operational, commercial, and financial targets are achieved Review of product lifecycle; influence future portfolios Ownership of month-end and Board reporting for areas of responsibility Assisting with the development of new MI reporting, systems, and processes, embracing continuous improvement You will be;
Qualified CIMA / ACCA / ACA Accountant with a background in an ambitious, fast-paced, and dynamic business Commercially astute with a strong desire to interpret numbers into meaningful insights, and communicate to the business Naturally inquisitive and confident to challenge both accepted assumptions and processes Strong influencing and negotiating skills; the ability to support senior stakeholders in making decisions Highly numerate, analytical, and strategic, with a sound understanding of financial modelling and analytical techniques Benefits;
