We are excited to be supporting a UK leading, evolving and eco-conscious company based in Warwickshire. They are now on the lookout for a Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic team and play a key role in driving positive financial outcomes through critical analysis and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the business.

This position comes with an annual salary of up to £45,000 dependant on experience and exams completed.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of business partnering across the business. Provide financial support and analysis of key areas and hold monthly meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss. Prepare and review financial statements and reports. Support with budget and forecast preparation and review variances to ensure actions are raised for performance improvements. Identify and implement improvements to processes and controls. Produce and communicate financial and other KPI information with non-finance colleagues. Candidate Attributes and Skills:

Actively studying and working towards completion of ACCA or CIMA qualification. Thorough understanding of management accounting, financial analysis, and reporting. Strong ability to work with accounting systems and Excel. Inquisitive with excellent numerical skills. Driven by innovative problem-solving. Ability to challenge and seek continuous improvement processes. Strong teamwork skills and confidence in your approach to work. Benefits Include:
