A rare opportunity in Sheffield that gives someone an opportunity to join a company and really influence growth and change. This is not a number-crunching role! The role heavily consists of financial modelling including the creation of complex integrated financial models. There is a huge focus on communication and presentation, decision making and the position is hugely influential within the company. If you have a background in FP&A, experience in forecasting and creating financial models, then this role could be a significant career move for the right person! What will you be doing?

Own and refine financial models - from budget to long-range planning (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Deep diving into key drivers like pricing, unit economics, and margin optimisation, identifying growth opportunities and risks. Provide strategic financial insights by collaborating with the Management Accounts Team, delivering impactful commentary on performance trends and opportunities. Finance Business Partnering. Lead scenario modelling and business case development. Drive process improvements and help develop internal controls. What skills do you need?

You will be qualified in ACCA/CIMA/ACA. You will be experienced in a similar role with a background in FP&A with a specific skill for Financial Modelling. You will be an advanced Excel user with an affinity for analysis. You will be experienced in platforms such as Tableau. You will be a confident communicator who is comfortable articulating yourself to senior leadership and has the commercial acumen to drive change, take initiative and make strong choices in relation to the future of the business.
