As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and decision-making. You'll provide real-time financial insights, challenge assumptions, and ensure optimal performance across our business units. This is a business-facing

role giving you the chance to work closely with senior leaders while making a real impact. Your Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the COO and their leadership team, including Heads of Claims, Customer, Fraud, Broker Services, and more. Provide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic insights to senior business leaders. Lead on monthly business unit reporting, forecasting, and annual business planning. Conduct expense reviews, identify opportunities for improvement, and model financial changes. Collaborate with teams to deliver financial models, scenario analysis, and actionable insights. Drive efficiency, cost reductions, and finance transformation projects. Support ad-hoc tasks, including year-end audits and other strategic finance initiatives. What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualified. Proven experience in FP&A / Business Partnering. Advanced Excel skills, including building financial models. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. A collaborative problem-solver with high commercial acumen. Insurance industry experience (desirable). Finance transformation project experience (desirable). What We Offer:
